Back to the Basics....Why My Training Will Help YOU!

My training styles take a super basic look at eating. We break it down to things that are grown, or come from animals. 

Think of a baby who is just being introduced into foods. They are getting small portions of proteins (eggs, even some meats) as well as baby food which is pureed fruits and veggies and also of course, milk and water. 

Babies don't usually get soda, chocolate, cakes, chips, etc. Now of course, babies are growing, and trying to get ALL the nutrients they can. So shouldn't we be doing the same things??? 

Before I compare us all, let's break down the best ways to lose weight. First of all, in order to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Most of the time, you need to change a few things with your eating style as well. 

Comparatively to children, we should break down our foods to simple foods. We should revert back to our beginning days of bone-growing, nutrient-supplying, protein-filled foods. The veggies, the fruits, the meats, the milk, and of course, the water. 

Do I stick to this 100% of the time? Absolutely not. 

Do I think foods not made from the earth or animals are bad? Sometimes. 

Do I still eat some of them? YUP!

It's not an "all or nothing" method. It's a "most of the time" method. 

You don't have to eat perfect. You don't have to NOT enjoy your food. You absolutely CAN enjoy your food. Just be healthy AND enjoy it!

A little bit of both can get you far!

My training brings you back to the roots; back to the basics. Eat to fuel. Eat to sustain life. Occasionally, eat to feast and of course, eat to enjoy yourself. But do not overindulge.
