Constantly Hungry? What Should I Do?

Are you constantly hungry or thinking about food ALL THE TIME?

Chances are you probably aren't eating enough or you aren't eating hearty/filling foods.
So what are some of those hearty/filling foods to keep me fuller longer?
PROTEIN!!!!! Add protein to your meals or just make complete meals (instead of snacking). Get some protein and add some fats and carbs for energy and you should be less hungry!
Protein helps keep you fuller longer. So if you just need a quick pick me up, add a shake or a protein packed snack. If you're constantly hungry, try to add more protein to your meals.
