Ever since I can remember, I loved to dance. My mom even used to say I was always dancing in her belly. 🩰
So I decided to raise the barre!
Barre technique combines cardio, Pilates, yoga, ballet, and weight training.
I decided to get as many classes under my belt as I could and this one I completely enjoyed! Definitely not the easiest one but I think it’s one of the funnest!
