Foam Rolling

Took a class about myofascial release or foam rolling. Very interesting and I learned a lot. 

Today after the gym, I decided to give it a try. 

In my class I read that if you do it post workout before stretching, it feels as good as a massage, releases a lot of pressure, helps feel less sore the next day, and if you stretch afterwards, it’s proven to make you feel more flexible. 

So I gave it a shot. 

Let me tell you. I was so relaxed. It felt like I walked out of a massage. Very refreshed and I wasn’t sore. Came home and sat on the couch. Got up and expected to be sore. Was just a tiny bit but know I would’ve been way more sore if I didn’t roll it out. 

Everyone needs to try this cause now I’m obsessed.
