I am someone who is severely conscious about my weight. I know it's not healthy but I've always been that way. Over the past 2 and a half years, I've lost 40+ pounds and I've gained quite a bit of knowledge and muscle. However, I still feel like "the fat girl" and I hate that. I am still not happy with my body.
So from Christmas until about next week, I've decided to eat what I want. Cookies, cakes, Christmas/holiday treats...you name it, I eat it. But from now to at least August, I am done. Healthy health healthy. Protein protein protein.
I am ready to get my body to where I actually want it to be and to finally feel good in my own skin.
