I would be lying to you if I told you that I never googled "how to work out on the couch" or "how to workout without getting up". I've even googled "how to workout while sitting at my desk at work". It may be obvious but there were no USEFUL articles.
Why is that?
Because there is no easy way out. You can't just want the results and then they come to you. It doesn't work that way.
You have to work for it.(Obviously, I thought The Notebook was perfect for this, so had to post them.)
But there is no magic pill. If there was, everyone would take it and it would work. There is no magic wrap you can wear. Again, everyone would have it.
You have to do the work! You have to work hard and you have to want it bad enough. If you want it bad enough, you will work hard enough, and you will get it.
Set goals. Start small. DO THE WORK. And it will happen. Keep going. Never ever give up!
