Today I really got into my head about not lifting as heavy as some other girls.
But I had to look back and remember where I started vs. where I am today...
I just started my fitness journey a few years ago. This doesn’t happen over night. I’ve had a few injuries too which means a few setbacks. No big deal just have to keep going.
It shouldn't matter how much other people are lifting, how much they weigh or what they are eating. The only thing you can control is how much YOU are lifting, how much YOU weigh, and what YOU are eating.
Everything varies from person to person. There should be no comparison because there are so many differences between people. And that's okay! That's good. That's what makes everyone different.
Be in competition with yourself only. Don't focus on what other people are doing. Focus on yourself and what you can change about yourself ONLY!
