DRINK THE WATAHHHH!!!!

When I first started this journey, I reached out to a coach and we set goals. My first goal was to drink more water. 

Shocking right??

Nope. 

After a week of not drinking the water, she told me very directly to "suck it up buttercup, drink the damn water." I thought she was super harsh. But looking back, she was right...

I asked her all sorts of questions like "Does it matter how fast I drink the water?" "Can I chug it all and then when I'm done, I don't have to drink anymore?" "Can I flavor it?" "Can I add fruit?"

Well, if you've had the same questions like I did, then the answer is YES!!! 

Drink it fast, or drink it slow, doesn't matter. JUST DRINK IT. 

Add powders, packets, fruit, nothing, whatever. JUST DRINK IT. 

Drink it in the morning, afternoon, night, whenever. JUST DRINK!!!!!

None of that matters. Just...
