If You Want It Badly Enough, You’ll Find A Way To Get It

I used to walk laps at work. Up and down the hallways. I used to go into the bathroom and do squats, wall pushups, calf raises, arm circles, etc. You name it, I was doing it. I wanted to get into shape. I wanted to look good. But I wasn’t sure where to start. 


Honestly, this was all a great start. I made small changes every day. I added more exercises. I began doing more of the exercises I already was doing. I walked more. I wrote down what I did and how many steps I got at certain times. 

Here’s my advice to you. Make small changes. If not every day then every week. Start by waking a few more steps. Drink more water. Do one more exercise. Or start doing ANY exercise. Do better. Be better. We all have to start somewhere. So this is your sign to get up and go, start moving, start working towards being a better you. Every change will add up to big changes in the end!
